How It Works
From Dreaming to Departing
That trip you keep putting off "until next year"? Let's make it this year. At The Dream Travellers Club, you travel now and spread the cost over time, so you can make memories without waiting until you've saved every pesewa. Here's how it works, step by step.
-
Step 1
Apply for membership
It all starts with a quick online form. Tell us a little about yourself: your personal details, what you do for a living, how you earn, whether you have a passport, and where you'd love to go. It only takes a few minutes, and there's no wrong answer when it comes to your travel goals.
-
Step 2
We review your application
We don't approve memberships automatically. A real person on our team reviews every application to make sure you meet our requirements.
This isn't about keeping people out. It protects you and every other member, and makes sure you qualify for our offers and payment plans before you get excited about a trip.
-
Step 3
Confirm and pay your annual dues
Good news: once you're approved, we'll get in touch to confirm your membership and share the payment details. Your membership runs for a full 12 months, and there's a plan for everyone, whether you're travelling solo, as a couple or with the whole family.

Step 4
Plan your trip with us
Now for the fun part. Tell us where you want to go and when. You travel on your schedule, and we do the legwork to find you the best deals on flights and accommodation.
Choose what suits you:
- Private travel with a tour package tailored to you
- Group tours at discounted member rates.
- Free visa advisory for Europe, the UK, USA, Canada, Turkey and Africa
-
Step 5
Apply for Travel Now, Pay Later
As a member, you can apply to spread the cost of your trip instead of paying it all upfront. To qualify, you'll need to:
- Earn a minimum net monthly income of GHS 3,500
- If you're employed full-time: have at least 12 months of continuous employment and provide your last 3 months' payslips
- If you're self-employed: have a business that has operated for at least 3 years, with registration documents. Exemptions may apply to businesses that have operated for less than 3 years.
- Provide a valid national ID and proof of address (a utility bill or tenancy agreement)
- Provide 3 to 6 months of bank or mobile money statements
- Provide a guarantor and collateral, if required based on your profile
Not sure if you qualify? Talk to us. We're happy to walk you through it.
-
Step 6
Agree your payment plan
We'll sit down with you and agree a payment plan that actually fits your budget, including exactly how much you'll pay each month. No surprises. You'll pay an initial deposit of 30% of the total trip cost, and spread the balance over 3 to 8 months, whichever suits you best.
In some special cases, management may extend this to a maximum of 12 months. Every plan is backed by a signed payment agreement, so everything is clear for both of us.

Step 7
Pack your bags and travel
Once your deposit is paid and your agreement is signed, we confirm your bookings and you're ready to go. Time to start packing!
Our team is with you from planning to boarding, so if anything comes up before you fly, we're just a call away.
-
Step 8
Pay as agreed
While you're making memories (and after you're back), simply keep up with your monthly payments as agreed.
Payments more than 14 days late attract a penalty fee and may affect your eligibility for future Travel Now, Pay Later trips. Members with a good payment record enjoy easier approval next time, so your next adventure is even closer.
